Chaya Maya Jungle Lodge is centrally located to Mayan Ruins and Caves in the Cayo District. The lodge is on the Belize River in Teakettle, near Young Gal Road. Access to the lodge is across the Belize River from Young Gal Road, or by car around the Spanish Lookout side. Road access is through the jungle and requires 4 wheel drive.
ATM Caves, Cave Tubing, Spanish Lookout and Belmopan are less than 15 miles from the lodge.
Mayan Ruins and San Ignacio are approximately 20 miles from the lodge.
Belize City is approximately 50 miles from the lodge.
Transfers to the lodge are available from many locations including Belmopan Bus or Airport Terminals, The Belize International Airport, Belize City, Dangriga, Placencia, and San Ignacio.
If you are driving your own car, please call to make arrangements for parking and pickup as the road access may be too difficult for many rental cars.
